Garry The correct number is 1-800-903-5874. I talked to a fellow named Brian today who has been in charge of marketing the product and looks to be coming on the board. The annual meeting is coming up and it looks like they will be asking for approval for up to a 1-10 share consolidation. Whether or not the actual consolidation will end up being 1-10 remains to be seen as there is still some debate on that matter. Brian seemed to think that it would be only a few days before trading resumed, however I note that the VSE has now changed the halt to a suspension. This would indicate to me that EPO's problems are somewhat more serious and it will be more difficult to get trading reinstated. Harry ECOPROGRESS CANADA HOLDINGS INC. ("EPO") - Suspend Further to the Vancouver Stock Exchange Notice dated December 3, 1997, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended at the close of trading December 11, 1997, pursuant to Rule C.1.05. The Exchange is conducting a review which includes trading activity.
