25% of the worlds fossil fuel is being wasted, burned off as a natural gas burn off, due to the geographical remoteness of the deposits and the logicstics involved in exploiting this waste.
By utilising and capturing, in to a liquid form, it can prolong the current global oil supply by 50 years, according to a study done by the Depet of Energy, US Govt.
Morgan Stanley put out a study recently, where by year 2005, 2 to 3 % of the world production which will be 1.8 mill bbl per day, and RNTKs potential could be 50-60 mill per annum , just at 1 % of the market, if it happens. gastoliquids.com
RNTK has a propriety Iron Catalytic process, with over 8 pattens, that can recover not only natural gas but also heavy liquid and heavy bottom from the producers and the refineries. A claim no other competitions can make.
RNTKS growth strategy is through licensing arrangements. Currently there is an ongoing negotiation with Texaco, and now lawyers from both sides are in the process of defining the boundaries. Texaco has the first right of refusal and once the conclusion is made, they can approach wider market in other regions.
RNTK has come up with a model - from GTL - there are several diffrent sources of gas that Cobalt can not convert. The recent Japan, Al Gore conf was the emission control, and RNTK can take carbon and gasfire and reduce the emission by 65-70%. Means cleaner diesel fuel by 50% comp to Cobalt process.
License fee structure in general; $1,000 per day on 1.000 bbl plant $1 mill up front based on 1,000 bbl plnat paid in 1/3s Then $ 1 per bbl. Then fee for Catalysts = $150 to 300 K per annum.. Plus consulting fee of 5% up front....
So if 5000 bbl plant just multiply by 5 times
More license RNTK gets the revenue will reflect according to the volume of the oil produced.
