One reason for not selling at the top was my reluctance to pay taxes sooner than necessary. I need to remind myself that the only thing worse than "having to pay taxes" is not "having to pay taxes".

Thanks for the chuckle from the Helen Keller quote. There are times when I wonder if I'm deaf, dumb and blind. Other times I know.
