re....not that much... the main point I was attempting to make 'resisting arrest' is not wise...even if your packing... NPR's discussion...centered on the air content...needed to speak..... and the so called ..choke hold.... seems there is a major vein in the neck area that limits the blood flow...and can bring on...loss of consciousness when compressed........................ Resisting arrest is....troublesome at best............................. If you want to know my thoughts.. Its a tragedy .......................... The poor of color are doubly ..oppressed.................. RIP
