Yes, I have argued that, which is an entirely different thing. I have argued that all tax cuts are good. But never that all tax cuts are stimulative.

Tax cuts that are not stimulative drives up the deficit. Not that even stimulative tax cuts can pay for themselves in anything like a reasonable time frame, non-stimulative tax cuts are even worse.

Again, investment is not the only driver of economic growth. The facts just don't back it up. It certainly helps, but it isn't the sole driver. It is silly to argue that.
