...maybe talk about some other routes that could be taken before talking about that dreaded consolidation. ============================= Consolidation, dilution, does it really matter? If they are spending we will need to finance. The key issue in my books is the insanity of spending cash reserves in this market. No hope of enough funds to complete either Arizona or Carmax, so why proceed NOW when it is so obvious that we WILL be seeing at minimum significant dilution to move forward on those properties? The smart move would be to hold off until investors want to get back in and we would have a reasonable expectation to sell the property at a reasonable profit? Pushing the issue now just so we can sell it off at fire sale prices makes no sense to me...
