Another gratuitous personal attack by you. Always the beginning and the end of your "argument". So I have nothing to refute. Unless you want to try again--you lose.

No. It is a deliberate parsing of your statement.

You have made it clear over 15 years of drivel on SI that you do not believe there was a god here for the last 200,000 years or so--not until approx. 6000 years ago. Unless you want to deny that belief...then it implies that no true rights or freedoms ( rights flowing necessarily from "god") existed during almost 200,000 years of modern humans.

If I am mistaken that modern human settlements existed for approx. 200,000 years before bible "history" so narrates the entrance of "god" into our settlements--then you may so advise this thread.

Getting back to your change of topic from the separation of church and state, (which was clearly the basis of objection and which you clearly have no response to)--and moving to your deflected topic:

Seriously? So you would be comfortable with a MAYOR who said, “If they don’t like an Islamic theme, if they don’t like an Islamist parade – stay at home.”
