To all: Creative received a CNBC mention tonight Jack Geraghty of CS First Boston was interviewed tonight sometime around 5:00 P.M. E.S.T. regarding tech stocks. He made some negative comments about Intel, but then the interviewer asked him about the Asia problem. To paraphrase, he said, take a look at Creative Technology, it has recently been hammered from $28 to $16, yet they are going to earn $2.50 for next year and they were up more than $2.00/sh today. He also seemed to imply that the recent swing in the WON may be the first sign of an Asian recovery. That shouldn't hurt. If I recall correctly, CREAF is still on Jack's recommended list at First Boston.
