If I was EE I would definitively make sure that it's a very real option (perhaps the only one?). I also believe that CF will not spin the other properties under the new 'businesses' for the simple fact that it doesn't make good business sense for EE. He could basically own a lot higher % of SC and basically own the majority of a 100% VanD. He only needs ensure that we are out of the way. 'Management' will keep their nice comfy jobs for a decade or so with help of the Major Owner who will inject some green when needed. Management will get there free warrants and options. Bingo, done. Poof!
