Tom, About that 1 billion figure, all I know is that at the last annual meeting, Dr. Zandman said the balance sheet was strong, and they could make a 1 billion dollar acquisition if need be. Regarding all of the numbers, I 'm not worrying. Dr. Zandman likes to buy low and downsize. He didn't buy KMET, becuase they were too greedy, and wouldn't have bought TEMIC if the price weren't right.
