Not that I really wish to pollute this nice venue with trash from iHub,...... But what follows is a note I dropped off to Dr. Seymour this evening in response to a pice of what I suspect is inflamatory trash posted by Rawnoc there this evening:

I don't know if a concerned shareholder has alerted you to an anonmyous E-mail reposted by our favorite (yes, that was sarcasm) poster on iHub. The message is allegedly from an anonymous person claiming to have data that demonstrates that part of the data used to get the orphan status in Europe a year ago was fraudulent. I have reposed the edited message (edited reportedly by Rawnoc in order to avoid TOS violations on iHub) below the dashed break line.
Like all anonymous messages, and like all information posted to iHub by this particular source - I am inclined to dismiss it. But do you have any comment or response to this particular criticism?
I really hate to bother you with this particular kind of BS, but it is somewhat disturbing and a few of 'us' have concerns.

Strange email I recieved but the sender is refusing to respond lately to my emailed replies. As such, I'm having serious doubts about its validity. I'm not interested in playing childish games and if there is public information available anyway I see no reason why it shouldn't be in a public forum for shareholders to investigate and judge for themselves.

A doctor friend is consult for EMA and has learned of bad fraud regarding NNVC EU orphan status decree from ago one year. he says lab work in part false and knows where is there proof, but cant present it because of politicks and his contract. he says onton cookbooks? he wants me to get the info out, because he knows I trade companies, but seeing you on ihub board I think YOU are much better at to do this!
my friends name is XXX. he has phone number in USA for his consult business XXX that rings here in Utrecht. I told him about you and told you would be better than me and he wants you to call. XXX or wife can pick up. just say your rawnoc. he wants no electronic record of giving information but will anonymously talk. call europe in business hours 0800 to 1530 CET during the week. he can give out the trail where you can find out the fraud youself so hes not connected. he says it also shows a thereacore person before did many [internet communications] as a "doctor", but I have not seen this person but XXX has the name.

My assumption is this is garbage - posted by some hack who is getting desperate and who is trying to rattle a few trees. That hack may, or may not be a figment of Rawnoc's fevered imagnination.
