<<<Hyseq is going to have a huge fight with AFFX and from what I hear they have a pretty comprehensive patent portfolio although PB you know from reading the Golden Helix that anything can happen in court. Spyros Development which is a spin off from Dura and subject to a buyback looks interesting. It is still in registration. Also I keep hearing that Nanogen is going to to go public.>>> V1: Do you think that there is any relation between the drop in Affx's price and the litigation with Hyseq. Have you heard anything new?
