STMicroelectronics declares Quarterly Dividend for the Fourth Quarter of 2014 and First Quarter of 2015

SCHIPHOL, The Netherlands, Dec. 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, today declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share for each of the fourth quarter of 2014 and the first quarter of 2015, to be paid in December 2014 and March 2015, respectively, to shareholders of record of each quarterly payment.

The first payment date will be on December 17, 2014 for Euronext Paris and Borsa Italiana and on December 23, 2014 for the New York Stock Exchange (for additional details, please refer to the table below).

The table below summarizes the schedule for the next quarterly dividends.
