Why would Texaco put a lawyer(s) on RNTK contract negotiation if they didn't know the oil business? Texaco is afterall an oil company. My guess is the RNTK lawyer may have a familiarity with catalytic processes related to GTL conversion the Texaco staff has not been exposed to. Of course the Texaco attorneys handling the RNTK case can consult the Texaco attorneys handling the SLHO case. froland.
