I think you're reading too much into it.. Certainly from the perspective of coercing someone into giving plasma.

Besides, you can remove their anti-body laden Plasma, and replace it with Plasma from a non-Ebola individual to maintain the balance.

It I had just been treated and saved from a case of Ebola, I'd have no problem giving up my Plasma.. Just pump me full of someone elses..
