Excellent points, slowmo. The conservative and leftist citizens of the United States need a national divorce. No marriage between a man and woman would ever endure if the relationship were as irreconcilable as the forced and miserable marriage between conservatives and leftists in the United States. Hell, almost no one is happy with this condition, plus, congressional approval stands at around 6%. Think about that! Only 6 out of 100 people approve of Congress! Balkanization is the only way forward, otherwise, the nation will succumb to a lot of violence and bloodshed, far worse that we are seeing now. One need only look at world history to know that this will only end one way. -nfg-
