Less, here's another argument seemingly in favor of torture. If torture isn't effective, why do our enemies practice it whenever they can? Is it because they get a kick out of it, or is it because they can actually get useful information out of POWs? By the way, I'm just playing devil's advocate here, if you haven't noticed.
