I've been thinking this needs to happen to allow the entire cycle to play out again. Remains to be seen if credit normalizes for mortgages or goes crazy loose again like it seems to be doing in other areas of our economy. They need this bad to juice the economy given the bubble bursting in energy, student loans and car loans what is left? Oh well we could start another war..
