You don't understand construction. You can have anything you can pay for.

That's a good way to make sure nothing ever gets done. You know what they say.

Nope. Fully in compliance with some of the strictest building and energy efficiency requirements in the country, and 100% electrified by Geyserpower. It's just not self-sufficient.

And they will be told by their PUC's, "Add $1/month on every bill". That wasn't possible here.
