Decent finish to a conversation regarding naked shorting on NASDAQ. Message 1509970 Regarding SEC I've got a story a story. Not only did I write but inquires were sent to SEC by US Senators. The SEC is currently trying to overturn a federal judge injunction against turning over confidential process information gained during the investigation to foreign competitors. jjb
