Barack Obama Tries His Hand at Biblical Scholarship

Funny ... that mistaking Molotov for Mazel Tov is a lot like the kind of mistake President Hussein makes all the time.

If Barry Hussein could pass himself off as a constitutional scholar, why not a biblical scholar? On Tuesday he referenced the Good Book in a pathetic attempt to justify his illegal, unconstitutional, and arguably treasonous amnesty decree:

“The good book says don’t throw stones at glass houses, or make sure we’re looking at the log in our eye before we are pointing out the mote in other folks eyes,” Obama said during a speech in Nashville. One problem, though: The Bible never mentions glass houses.

Most likely Barry was out back of the church with his choom when the story of Christmas was covered in Sunday school:

In addition to his biblical misquote, Obama also tied his immigration policy to the Christmas story, saying, “If we’re serious about the Christmas season, now is the time to reflect on those who are strangers in our midst and remember what it was like to be a stranger.” This analogy drew conservative ire as opponents of the president’s immigration reform noted that Mary and Joseph were actually visiting Joseph’s ancestral home.

Too bad no one brought up the millions of Americans who will find it even harder to get work as Obama continues to flood the country with foreigners on an illegal basis, offering cash incentives to hire them rather than Americans. It would have given him the opportunity to employ another Bible verse favored by leftists:

You can’t make an omelet [or fundamentally transform a nation] without breaking some eggs.

That’s not in your Bible? Wait until the government puts out a revised version.

So much for the Constitution. Now on to the Bible.
