"to create jobs, hire people at $100 an hour to dig holes and fill them in again" Why? We already have a sufficiency of holes which need filling, and that can be done at the prevailing wage, which is $40-80K/year. "Wharfie, does your reasoning really let you believe the things you claim to believe or is something else going on?" Something else, which is that you actually don't know what you are talking about,, and you are firmly grounded in fantasy, not the real world.
