Good idea. We can raise it nationally $1/year for the next 93 years.

Why? We already have a sufficiency of holes which need filling, and that can be done at the prevailing wage, which is $40-80K/year.

Something else, which is that you actually don't know what you are talking about,, and you are firmly grounded in fantasy, not the real world.
