Karl: I just went through the warrant game with CTAL...a couple of analysts (major ones) stated in reports that once the warrant exercise was out of the way, the stock could/would continue it's rise...that the warrant exercise was artificially keeping the price down...

The only problem is that nothing has happened in the 7 weeks post expiration of the warrants that was not driven by specific positive news reports....Based on my CTAL experience -- watching it daily and intradaily -- through all of it, I would not be optimistic about a great rise in price post warrant expiration. My guess is that the shorts get covered with new stock from the warrants and not from market buys....thus, no great runup. I am not an expert on this, but my experience would make me cautious...the little guy seldom wins when the big boys play arbitrage games....
