There's your comprehension problem, right there, Dave. This was the worst economic calamity since the Great Depression. It's been universally acknowledged as such. How long did it take to recover from THAT?

It happened on Bush's watch, due to Bush's policies, and he OWNS it. Just as Hoover owns the former.
