Where do the Foxes play ?
TSX.V is making new lows all time daily. Now at 652.81 it is over 25 points lower than the previous low set in 2008 bubble burst when it hit 678.62 . Oil is presently a factor no doubt. But the main driver over the last year or so. Is the loss of investor confidence. Under honest conditions show only 5% of exploration stocks ever coming into production. And not all of those will be within the life span of the people who fronted the money in the discovery stage.
When those odds are compounded. By the number of free loaders who use the TSX.V to create a pay check for themselves promoting claims they know will never amount to anything. Then add to that the outright scams and dishonesty that takes place. Where regulation and rules are so lax or at best vague convictions are few.

The convictions that do happen. For the most part the perpetrators are so careless and oblivious to what rules there are. It would be almost impossible for regulators to turn their heads once reported.

The TSX.V was supposed to be a new, clean and improved version of the Vancouver Exchange. That existed back in and before the days of Murray Pezim. Corruption began not long after it was started in 1907. Old habits are hard to shake. So you judge. Has it really changed ?
