<<TO ALL>> I sensed that nobody in this thread liked this company. This is kind of unsal that every body is at short side. I personally feel that we need to leave the decision to the judges. It will be a good thing for the semiconductor industry to have more tools to choose from. If the CAD industry is dominated by any company, the semiconductor industry will suffer. I am not defending anyone. Since I am a CAD tool user, I do like to see more than one CAD companies compete fairly in the market. By the way, this company have more than one products which are selling well. StarSim, Hercules, and StarRC are all very strong products. I don't think the stock price will drop to 0. The company has book value of $5.5 which is mostly cash. Wayne Li
