But the main driver over the last year or so. Is the loss of investor confidence.

=================

That phrase in particular resonated with me.

So little is being done to keep shareholders apprised of what is happening. NRs conveniently are missing the definitive information and we are always left to speculate.

Future plans are defined, yet no information on how they expect to pay for these plans.

Call the office - its all budgeted. Is that supposed to be good enough. Lets see some numbers please...

60% of the SP value is lost in only a month and a half - on top of all the previous loss.

And they think they are going to spend their way out of this. In the worst market in ages... It is insanity.

The ONLY way this company will come through this undiluted is to conserve cash NOW.

Also the only way to stop or at least reduce the bleeding - instill confidence in your investors that you have the cash AND the smarts to keep that cash in reserve for the inevitable turn around of the markets.

Many here have held for a long time, and deserve to have the company consider their investment before spending us into the oblivion of dilution or consolidation.

Call the office - no way this is going to happen. But anyone with a brain can see they are planning more than they can fund. So who do you believe...
