Davy, great trade, and thanks for the original post.

I hadn't heard of UVXY, so I started researching all the VIX products.
Looks like I will be adding some ETFS to my arsenal.
I should have picked up some UVXY yesterday afternoon when the rally ran out of steam.

XIV looks like a great product when the markets are flat to rising.
Not levered, but returns are typically twice the S&P.
Will probably pick up some when this downturn ends.

A suggestion - why not sell one third to one half of your position at the close?
Then again, I have 2012 as a very important dynamic support and it just got taken out.
Closing below 2012 could open the floodgates Monday morning.
