Its bad news if high ranking officers are selling in the 20s before an announcement of bad news. At worst it is illegal. At best it is unethical. It certainly is of more concern than the columnist's article. Of course 22K shares is not very much. But the fact that it is by ranking officers before bad news makes management look verrrry questionable. I was considering taking a position but will now wait for clarification. I have no doubt that, if true, this could have provoked a sell off.
