Dan,

I believe you may be quite right about the credibility of FNCLY and the
shareholders being rewarded sometime in the future, but did you
understand anything in their 4th quarter report? It was all jibberish,
or is that gibberish? I believe that I understand much of what they
are saying, but only after many hours of reading. I'm long on this
one, someday mabey it will payoff?
