Mark, it was in reference to the following statements:
from pr 97-16
<The following result followed the first and second stages of the three stage methodology at Ledoux & Company with the exception of one step. This step was done outside Ledoux & Company's chain of custody>

and from pr 97-19
<During the month of November, Dr. Al Johnson and one of his assistants Richard Baker spent two weeks at the Ledoux & Company laboratory providing additional instructional guidance to the Ledoux staff. They addressed and corrected certain aspects of the preparatory process as well as the assaying procedure.>

The statements imply some form of modification to the sample preperation procedure. I believe that the 97-16 release pertains
to the Johnson Methodology. I think it was on these results that
the decision was made to order the pilot plant. It will be less confusing when the preparatory process is explained.
