So - what do we call this new company?

CORPORATE LUBE & RUBBER?

On a serious note - I think that the merger could develop in a good business but the merger will have to appreciate the per share cost by quite a bit before we trade on AMEX. Possibly we could get to about .20 per share with real numbers of this deal. One method would be share conversion where 100 shares of CVIA converts to 10 shares of CORPORATE LUBE & RUBBER where the market cap stays about the same size.

I like the pipedream of keeping number of shares outstanding the same and have this company go to $5 a share. - Penny stock dreams
