Lets do an exercise.

Companies or Countries......what matters? Both are the same.

1. Capital matters......is capital invested well or mal invested?
1B, Are chosen partners in step with goals that protect your relationship with your customer.
1C. Have you assigned work that reflects ultimately on you, to subs/partners who will meet the integrity of the standards you set, in preparation for maintaining your Customers, at the levels you determine?

2. Customers are what matters first last and always.
2b. have you bent to someones momentum, whose goals contradicts your responsibility to your customers?

3 Products matter, no sub can substitute at will. A Contract for X needs to conform to X, not x- to facilitate a skim of any kind.

4. Counter party security matters most. Have you honored your commitments to the best of your ability?
4b..with suppliers and all parties who you have depended upon to meet your goals and objectives.

Failing this simple analysis fails you and your potential in a changing landscape.
