Hi E_K_S_,

Thank you again for an excellent response.

I've been in BP but got cold feet and scalped a small profit.

I've been in KMI and feel very comfortable with it - would like to do more but considering diversification as a virtue.

I have watched xom, cop, cvx for two years but they have to drop more.

My approach has been to sell puts one year out at a strike price that is near the 4 year LOW on stocks I'd love to own.

If the dividend yield is over 6 % - I've sold the put.

If the dividend yield on the stock was 5.5 % - that would be a great deal on all three.(my guess is the put premium would be somewhere above 12-14 % for YEAR OUT PUT.

lONG TERM IN MY TAXABLE ACCOUNT -I WANT TO MORPH INTO DIVIDENDS.

Long term in my IRA I want to sell the put at a higher premium until I must have mrd AND THEN MAYBE EVEN THEN??

Thank You again for your experienced view - it is greatly valued and appreciated.

Bob
