I just did a cursory reading (I'll review it at length tomorrow) of the prospectus for LCAV on quote.com and it's nice to know as a requirement of this acquisition the company is required to attempt to get listed on the NASDAQ NATIONAL MARKET or the AMEX. See Below:

Stock Market Listing for Company Common Stock - The Company
Common Stock trades on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market. The Acquisition Agreement requires the Company to apply for and use its best efforts to obtain a listing for the trading of the Company Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market. The Company filed an application requesting such a listing and also has requested listing on the American Stock Exchange. There can be no assurance that either of these efforts will succeed.
