Valuations are sometimes good magnets for price. More often than not, the price trades at the number, but it sometimes takes years. Since valuations are constantly changing, it is the valuation model catching up to the price. The valuation model has been showing a decline in price so the difference should show up in a strong move up by the model or a sharp move down by Wells. Years ago this issue was seen as a financial ponci scheme. I never was involved as the waves of price & models showed ever increasing upward movement. Here is a model worth tracking.
