Sure. The folks in Hilo only need to wait three months and drive 2 hours across the island to see the ONLY eye doctor on the island that takes medicaid. Worse in many rural areas of the mainland. Same spin as affordable care act… premiums are affordable IF you're subsidized. Care is not due to the average $5,500 deductible. What poor person getting subsidized has $5,500 to shell out for co payments?
