Does anyone care to put a valuation on Vishay in light of today's outstanding acquisition ? With $875 million in added revenue, VSH will annualize $2,015 million in sales. If 7% margin can be maintained, VSH shall earn $141 million; eps is $2.17. Apply a PE of 15, gives a valuation of $32.5. Well, this is my guess on valuation. I am welcoming other "guesses".
