I tried to buy three items this morning totaling over $50. When I clicked the "Free Shipping " button I still owed them $11. I ran down the list and realized that the "heel snugs" I needed would not ship free. So I clicked the line at the bottom of the checkout page to take me back to regular Amazon. I entered the heel snugs with a best in front of it and all the ones they sold popped up. Turned out there was only one brand that would ship free that way. Changed the order. The snugs were only $2.95 and I was getting hit for $11 shipping! One of their glitches you learn to work around.
