There were some articles in the Globe & Mail today... methinks that's why the massive volume. One of them discussed briefly the Russia 3x Bull etf. theglobeandmail.com theglobeandmail.com Just a note to folks that this thing is doing a reverse split along with JNUG on December 23 (a Christmas present for those who prefer Black Coal in their stockings)... ... so point is just like JNUG it can now go a lot lower... after the split maybe Russian contagion added to the oil mix, kind've reminds me of 1998.
