Waterboarding, as practiced by the CIA on three individuals, was nothing like the "water cure" that were used in that instance. When practiced by the CIA there was a physician present in the room at all times, the "pours" of water averaged ten seconds (ten whole seconds) and the longest, used at most two times during a session, was 40 seconds. Over the course of the target who saw the most waterboarding, there were 183 pours averaging ten seconds over an extended time frame involving multiple sessions.


So you endorse torture. Is that correct?
