"But some very serious concerns have been voiced and there are no good explanations".

Incorrect,.... there are reasonable explanations.

What is apparent is that there are several individuals who chose to ignore those explanations because those explanations do not fit either

1) Their own preconceptions.
2) Thier goals as to what they expect to see shareprices go to (not all act nefariously, but I assert that some do).
3) Their own experiences when NNVC is compared to other stocks.

But since I haven't see any honest attempt at debate about what the 'Cons' really are (I know what many of them are) and what the relative risks from them are - relative to what the 'Pros' really are (and I know what many of those are as well.

Insults are not 'debate'. And since at least one other individual associated with NNVC during the last year has regularly resorted to PMs alluding to 'butt sex' or worse - debate is apparently not the goal.

Realistic risks for NNVC include (but admittedly are not strictly limited to):

1 - TOX being drawn out longer than expected (many expect a total of 6-9 months working time) for Flucide.
2 - A failure of Ebolacide2 formulations in showing any improvement over those shown by Ebolacide v1 4-5 years ago.
3 - Dithering about whether, or not, NNVC buys, or owns the Shelton plant - and (although I personally view this as unlikely) the chance that Dr. Diwan's reimbursement for his costs in getting the plant built will be excessive.
4 - How long it will take to get the process for 'Cide production scaled up to reasonable quantities so that TOX, and then Clinical tests can go off without additional hitches.
5 - Time,.... and this is a very legitimate beef,... as the longer this all takes the more likely that either there will be a need to do additional dilution, or that something critical will go wrong at a time of financial stress.

Unrealistic risks for NNVC include (but admittedly are strictly liminted to):
1 - TOX in animal models at BASi will suddenly show high toxicity, where it has never been seen before.
2 - The 'focus' (some would argue misdirection) chosen to be made on Ebolacide2 will cause Flucide work to come to some unexplicable grinding halt.
3 - The regularly INSANE amount of time going on, and on, and on, about how the company is 'only able to make 200 g of product / year,...

You want a real debate,.... pick real issues,.... and back them up with actual data and actual facts rather than unsupported conjecture.

Until I see real debate,..... I'll for the most part just remain a fly on the wall here.
