Why do I get charged shipping on some items? I have amazon prime and now see I'm charged $5 for a pastry cutter and over $15 for a sweatshirt from under armor. I'm trying prime for 30 days. I thought 2 day shipping is free.

On Prime-eligible items, it is.

If Amazon isn't the one shipping the item (i.e. you're buying an item sold by a third-party seller listing on Amazon and not using Amazon fulfillment) Prime doesn't apply.
