On paper is seems its just a wash as far as share price vs. valuation is concerned. It can be played up to even be a good thing.

But in reality, I have never personally seen a company come out ok after a reverse split. Inevitably the price drifts lower. Maybe there are cases of sucess, but I can't think of one. I got burned once before believing it was just done for market perception / accounting reasons but lost money there too...

If they even start talking about it Im gone in a shot.
