>> Its isn't working because Rs don't believe in governance. Its has little to do with Obama.

It is the president's job to convince Republicans (and Democrats) to support the policy he wants. He has not convinced anyone of anything. He couldn't get ONE REPUBLICAN to vote for his lousy assed signature achievement. Not one.

No. It isn't the job of the president........that's the excuse Rs use to act out.. They are all adults. They are supposed to work together. Unfortunately, Rs have become increasingly radicalized over the past 20 years and refuse to compromise. So we're stuck.

This is not news. The entire world knows it. Rs are looked down upon outside the country as well.

That is a failed presidency, anyway you cut it.

Its a failed Congress. Obama continues to get a lot accomplished despite a dysfunctional Congress:

It isn't that he couldn't have come up with some positive legislation if he'd wanted to. He just lacks the leadership skills to bring the country along with him. No other president we've had in my lifetime, probably in the nation's history, has been a failure on this level.

It is a tragedy that the first black president has been such a disaster. But not surprising. You idiots picked the wrong black guy.

LOL. You are the worst judge of character so that's compliment. Thanks.
