If he had left the restaurant to have a smoke and was standing out by the curb in his suit, he would have appeared to be filling that role, but then it wouldn't fly as a racist account. Just trying to find a way to give him the benefit of doubt. Plus he said every professional black man has had that experience, which doesn't pass the sniffle test.
