Well I'll just sell my house when the market picks up. Not in any rush to sell. If they want it they will pay if not we will wait pretty simple in my view.

A great plan, but you have to spend carefully to keep up with the payments while you wait to sell.

If you buy a shiny new sports car while money is tight, that could jeopardize your ability to keep up with the payments...

Might need to remortgage the house at a worse interest rate.I think you get what I'm saying?
