Keith Dunne of Robertson, Stephens

Dunne has been one of the biggest bulls on ACT
Manufacturing and has closely followed the company
for over a year now. So his downgrade is cause
for concern. Interestingly the market disregarded
his downgrade and the stock managed a good sized
gain. Looks like Dunne is behind the curve here,
tried to make up for not downgrading the stock
earlier, and wound up being on the wrong side of
the stock again. In my opinion, Jim Savage of
Alex Brown is the one to listen to. He seems to
have an edge on most the other analysts covering
this sector, while Dunne is more conservative and
is slower on the draw...both on the upside as well
as on the downside, IMHO.

Jeff - by the way, could you be so kind to tell me
what ACTM's IPO price was and when it occurred? My
notes on ACTM are scattered all over the place and
I haven't been able to find the information to date.
Thanks in advance. Peter.
