We really don't know that..

In the instant case, market reality is 1 shareholder needs to be placated

I continue to assume that he has been privy to all decisions, it is all of us irrelevant shareholders who are being ignored

..obviously because our concerns are not of interest nor have any impact on what decisions will ultimately be made

Pretty sure nothing is done absent input of the majority shareholder, and that is all who this management has ever consulted

In some quarters, that is frowned upon
