Loss per share should be based on the 23 million outstanding shares (approximatley) rather than the 31 million fully diluted shares. Dave, I know that First Call always gives its estimates on a fully diluted basis. And i know when APM reports earnings they always give the fully diluted results as a factor of 31 mil shares. So am I misunderstanding something or are Todd's figures correct? Jon Bird
